In the world of digital marketing, it is important not to stand still. To remain a sought-after specialist, you need to constantly develop your competencies and keep up with new tools and trends. That is why I decided to take courses on the Netologiya platform, choosing four specializations at once:
— Performance Marketing Course
— End-to-End Analytics
— Digital Dolina
— Mobile App Product Management
These programs complement each other and provide a holistic understanding of processes in digital marketing, analytics, and product development.
The Netologiya educational platform has established itself as one of the leaders in online education in Russia. Here, practicing experts from leading companies teach, and the programs are designed based on real market requirements.
My goal was not just to learn something new, but to gain real working tools that could be implemented in my projects the very next day.
Performance marketing is all about efficiency. Everything is built on measurable results and ROI. The course covers key digital advertising tools: Google Ads, Yandex Direct, VK, MyTarget, as well as retargeting, sales funnels, and campaign optimization.
A special focus was placed on analytics, KPIs, and CPA/CPL models. I learned how to properly allocate budgets, evaluate channels, and increase conversions. Now I am confident in my actions when launching a new advertising strategy.
Without end-to-end analytics, digital turns into chaos. In this course, I learned to build the complete chain: from the first touchpoint to the final lead or sale.
We thoroughly studied integrations with CRM, telephony, and advertising dashboards, and learned to build reports in Google Data Studio and Power BI.
Now I don't just see where leads come from, but I understand which channel actually generates profit.
This is not just a course, but a thinking accelerator. Digital Dolina is a series of meetings with digital leaders, discussions of case studies, trends, and online business development.
We discussed Big Data, ML, the use of artificial intelligence in marketing, process automation, and new promotion formats.
It inspires you to move forward, think broader, and see digital as an ecosystem rather than a set of tools.
Product development is a field I have long wanted to explore more deeply. This course provided an understanding of how to create and develop mobile applications: from hypotheses and UX to monetization.
We studied product metrics (DAU, MAU, Retention, LTV), used JTBD frameworks, conducted CustDev research, and built CJMs.
I have already started applying the knowledge gained to my own project — a mobile application currently at the MVP stage.
Training at Netologiya gave me a powerful boost forward. Now I am confident in my expertise and can look at digital from different angles: as a marketer, as an analyst, and as a product manager.
The courses taught me:
— to think strategically,
— to use only proven tools,
— to test hypotheses,
— to analyze data and make decisions based on them,
— to develop digital products from idea to launch.
My plans include continuing to develop in product management, marketing automation, and the use of AI in digital promotion.
I also intend to share my knowledge and case studies on my blog to help both beginners and experienced specialists navigate the world of modern marketing and product approaches.
